Our parting note...

We regret to inform you that OrderMonger.com will cease all operations from Oct 1, 2008. This decision has been taken predominantly due to non-viability of the business while maintaining the high Service Standards we intended to provide. However, we will honour all of the existing orders which have already been placed in our system.

On behalf of OrderMonger, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued loyalty in choosing us as your preferred service provider for the past two years. Without your support, our success would not have been possible but under the current business climate, we have been left with no option but to close down. A lot of you have been calling us over the past few weeks to tell us about how much you value our services and offering to support us. We sincerely appreciate that support and feel good that we were able to make a small difference - so we are just as sorry that we are forced to close down. Our evening operations

Dear Customers,
Firstly, thank you for all the support you have given us over the last several months that has helped us grow to the point covering about 75 restaurants in the twin cities and even adding our services to the other major cities in the country. As we stay committed to providing services of the highest quality, we look forward to your continued support and patronage in the months to come.

We recently completed a big move of our physical offices to the Hi-Tec city area and are now in the thick of the action. As a result of this move, some of our operations have been impacted - and in the interest of not compromising on the quality of our services, we made the tough decision of suspending our evening delivery operations until those issues are sorted out and we can get back to our normal service levels again. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and are working hard to get things back on track, so please bear with us. Of course, we continue to deliver food, flowers, cakes and more during the day, so we hope that will help to some extent. If you have any comments or suggestions for us, please write to us.
